BAKERY OVEN KIT 5″-7″
We present the complete O-bread kit for the control and management of bakery ovens. It consists of the display board, in the two 5-inch and 7-inch color versions with capacitive touch, and the power board, and they communicate with each other through the RS485 interface.
The display board is equipped with a micro SD card for log saving and video uploading, USB for updating firmware and images, and additional optional peripherals (buzzer, CAN interface, Ethernet especially for industry 4.0, rotary encoder) to satisfy any requirement .
The power board can drive triac outputs for 20A and 40A loads and relay outputs with clean contacts at 230VAC; the thermocouple inputs allow you to control the chamber and steamer temperatures.
