➀ Power board
The power board is equipped with 10 triac power outputs for controlling single-phase and three-phase loads, and 3 relay outputs with clean contact at 230V.
Thanks to the power supply cirucit it is possible to power the board in a wide voltage range 85-265 VAC. There are also 2 thermocouple inputs for reading the temperatures to be adjusted (for example chamber and steamer).
There is also a modbus RS485 serial interface through which it is possible to communicate with the display board (among those that are present in our catalog).

It is possible to install the EasyLink product as an accessory to connect to the display board, which allows the system to be connected to the cloud through the ethernet interface. This allows you to monitor and control the oven through PC desktop or App on smartphones and tablet specially developed.

EASY AND INTUITIVE CUSTOMIZABLE SOFTWARE FOR BETTER USE OF THE OVEN
The control and management software was developed using the most innovative programming tools and this allows the user graphics to be quickly customized. Through the USB port on the board it is possible to carry out, in addition to updating the control software, also the loading of different images for the various graphic elements on the pages.
In addition to the main page, which contains all the necessary informations relating to the cooking process, there are numerous configuration pages in which it is possible to set up to 100 different recipes, delayed start and much more.
