Simple and intuitive instrument for the control of electromagnetic vibrators in 48 V with double winding, suitable for dosing and packaging systems.
The user-friendly programming menù allows you to adjust both the intensity and the frequency of vibration, in order to find the optimal operating condition of the vibrating channel.
It is also possible to program and manage the vibration parameters remotely through the RS485 serial interface, via Modbus RTU.
The instrument has also the possibility to connect an external contact to enable or disable the operation of the vibrating channel (start/stop contact).
Should additional functionalities become necessary, it is possible to customize them in order to satisfy every need.

Simple and intuitive instrument for the control of electromagnetic vibrators in 48 V with double winding, suitable for dosing and packaging systems.
It allows you to adjust both the intensity and the frequency of vibration, in order to find the optimal operating condition of the vibrating channel.
The regulation of the vibration intensity takes place through the 0-10V input or alternatively through the 4-20mA input, while the frequency regulation takes place through the appropriate trimmer.
Eventually it is possible to program and manage the vibration parameters remotely through the RS485 serial interface, via Modbus RTU.
The instrument has also the possibility to connect an external contact to enable or disable the operation of the vibrating channel (start/stop contact).
Should additional functionalities become necessary, it is possible to customize them in order to satisfy every need.

VS230
Simple and intuitive instrument for the control of electromagnetic vibrators in 230 V with single winding, suitable for dosing and packaging systems.
It allows you to adjust the intensity and, by selecting one of the two modes, the vibration frequency, in order to find the optimal operating condition of the vibrating channel.
The regulation of the vibration intensity takes place through the 0-10V input or, alternatively, through the 4-20mA input, while the frequency regulation takes place by selecting the 50/100 Hz or 60/120 Hz mode, based on the frequency 50/60 Hz input; there are also two Vmax and Vmin adjustment trimmers for regulating the output voltage.
Eventually it is possible to program and manage the vibration parameters remotely through the RS485 serial interface, via Modbus RTU (modbus version).
The instrument has also the possibility to connect an external contact to enable or disable the operation of the vibrating channel (start/stop contact).

Vibrator control board

The vibrator control board (0516 code), suitable for dosing and packaging systems, allows you to control an electromagnetic vibrator in 230VAC voltage, with the possibility to adjust the vibration intensity through the externally connected potentiometer (supplied).
The board has also the possibility to connect an external contact to enable or disable the operation of the vibrating channel (start/stop contact).
